From site diligence to commissioning, XEMX brings civil execution, process technology, and system integration into one defined EPC scope, with feedstock and operating support where required.
No two feedstocks or sites are identical. We define the plant around raw-material characteristics, gas specification, utilities, logistics, and the owner’s operating model, drawing on trials, plant feedback, and technology partnerships.
Civil engineering stays in-house. Foundations, tanks, buildings, drainage, roads, utilities, and feedstock-handling infrastructure are coordinated with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process work against one integrated schedule.
In-house engineering and execution
Technology selected for the project
A defined scope and coordinated delivery
Optional support beyond commissioning
Scope, responsibilities, schedule, and the performance framework are agreed for each project.
Map and test feedstock; review land, water, power, access, logistics, and buyer requirements. Select pre-treatment, digester design, mixing, purification, compression, and controls around those inputs.
Diligence · Design Basis · Process SelectionTranslate the design into civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scope. Coordinate procurement, site works, installation, piping, cabling, automation, and system integration.
Civil Works · Procurement · IntegrationRamp up digester biology, tune gas upgrading, and test performance. Prepare operating procedures and train the owner team through start-up and handover.
First Gas · Performance Testing · TrainingFeedstock support can extend the EPC engagement into the recurring supply system required to keep the digester fed.
XEMX can remain involved through stabilization and ongoing operations and maintenance, with a support scope matched to the owner’s needs.
